BOTOX Injection

Sip from the fountain of youth

If you’re fed up with lines across your forehead or deep grooves between your brows, BOTOX is a simple solution that’ll return youthful smoothness to your face. It’s an FDA-approved treatment that has been in use for decades, helping to fade away wrinkles caused by repetitive facial expressions. BOTOX injection is the ideal solution for frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead wrinkles, but it also has other applications. Through very targeted placement, it also allows us to add a lift to the face, correct facial asymmetry, and even give your lips a boost! Here’s everything you need to know about this amazing treatment.

How Does BOTOX Work?

BOTOX is a neuromodulator. When it’s injected into a muscle, it inhibits that muscle from contracting. It has a ton of healthcare applications, but when it comes to cosmetics, it’s a phenomenal anti-wrinkle treatment.

Injecting BOTOX freezes the muscles responsible for wrinkles in the upper half of the face. It gives the skin a smoother and more relaxed appearance. It may also help prevent those wrinkles from getting worse over time.

Target Areas for BOTOX

BOTOX injection is highly effective for reducing wrinkles in the upper half of the face, where muscle contractions are responsible for most wrinkles. Let’s explore how it works on the different parts of the face.

Forehead

BOTOX forehead injections are one of the most classic treatments to address forehead lines. These wrinkles are often caused by the action of raising the eyebrows, so we use

BOTOX to relax those muscles and smooth out the forehead. Inexperienced injectors run the risk of causing eyebrow drooping by freezing those muscles incorrectly, but our registered nurses at LEA Aesthetics & MedSpa have the knowledge and experience to inject BOTOX safely and without negative outcomes.

Frown Lines

BOTOX is exceptionally effective at softening and even erasing frown lines. Also known as glabellar lines, these wrinkles can make you look angry even when you’re not. Frown lines BOTOX injection returns that serenity to the face and prevents those wrinkles from worsening over time.

Crow’s Feet

Marionette lines BOTOX injection is the best remedy for crow’s feet which are the small lines that form around the eyes when you squint or smile. BOTOX around the eyes won’t stop you from “smizing” but it’ll keep your eyes looking smooth, fresh, and awake.

Eye Brows

BOTOX eye brow lift injection can be used to create a small brow lift without the need for surgery, which is also known as a forehead lift. Depending on the results you want, we can inject the BOTOX directly below the brows for a small lift or to the forehead for a more dramatic lift.

Smooth it out

Jawline

If you have an overactive masseter muscle it can lead to an over-developed jawline. BOTOX jawline injections can help relax the muscle to give a softer shape to the jawline as well as to provide relief from tightness.

Lips

Also known as a “lip flip, a BOTOX lip injection is a special technique that makes the lips look fuller without fillers. BOTOX relaxes the upper lip muscles, which allows the lip to flip upwards. It’s an excellent treatment for women with a small upper lip. Because of the involved technique this treatment demands, we offer it based on a consultation.
