Dr. Presente
Dr. Asaf Presente, Medical Director of LEA Aesthetics & Medspa is a highly experienced physician who transitioned from ICU/critical care medicine to medical aesthetics in 2023. He began his career as a physician-scientist (MD/PhD) and in private practice he has led several multi-disciplinary teams to improve operations or patient care. In addition to his three Medical Board Certifications, he received advanced training from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, completing courses in May and August 2022.
His extensive background ensures that his patients receive top-tier aesthetic treatments and he is excited to collaborate with other providers to offer the best in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Presente’s expertise in basic science, bedside medicine and now aesthetics makes him an exceptional physician in the medical spa industry.
NP Gema Castellon
Our Nurse Practitioner and owner of LEA Aesthetics & Medspa- Castellon graduated from Loma Linda University in 2007 and advanced her studies to become an NP at United States University, San Diego. Combined, Castellon has over 17 years of medical experience. Castellon dedicated her time specializing in Women’s Health where she took on preceptor and leadership roles. As an NP, Castellon had the privilege to work for an OBGYN private practice and learned a vast of knowledge and has now transitioned to aesthetics.
Our NP has vast knowledge in aesthetics since the beginning of her journey in 2021. Castellon has taken facial anatomy courses, advanced botox and filler course, participated in LIVE training as well shadowed local providers such as Dr. Hyder and Dr. Tumbanga whom provided great insight to the word of aesthetics.
Outside of work our NP enjoys caring for her foster baby’s, her granddaughter and being outdoors. She enjoys cycling and weight strengthening classes.
NP Emily Lopez
Our Nurse Practitioner, Emely has 5 year Critical Care experience as an ICU RN at a level 1 Trauma Center. Trained in open heart recovery, balloon pump and other critical procedures. As an NP, Emely functions now as an Neurosurgery acute care NP and has now bridge the gap between critical care and the world of aesthetics. Emely has taken numerous botox/filler courses and will continue to enhance her knowledge in aesthetics.
Outside of work our NP enjoys traveling, shopping and enjoying time with friends and family.
Registered Nurse Henessey Munoz
Henessey is a BSN RN and Alumi of Westcoast University, Ontario.
Henessey has a passion for aesthetics, is highly devoted and determined to make every patient content and confident. As a laser provider and injector, Henessey ensures that her patients are well educated and understand their treatment plan. Henessey is dedicated to providing great results and advocating for her patients.
Outside of work Henessey enjoys working out and traveling.
